  • A few weeks before the big day, we take over the management of your wedding suppliers and become their sole point of contact
  • We collect all the contracts and make sure nothing is missing…
  • Technical visit of your reception venue with some of your wedding suppliers
  • Drawing up schedules, production books and roadmaps outlining the day’s activities
  • Contacting your friends and family to find out about any surprises they may have
  • Create and monitor the back-planning, provisional budget, payment schedule and other useful documents…

La coordination

  • La coordination, c’est la formule des amoureux qui décident ou ont déjà tout organisé, tout imaginer, tout prévu, mais qui ont envie de lâcher prise quelques semaines avant leur mariage et surtout pendant! Profiter de vos proches, de votre futur femme ou mari, faire la fête jusqu’au bout de la nuit sans avoir à vous soucier de l’organisation le jour J. On est là pour vous!

  • Première rencontre afin de définir vos envies et votre budget – sans engagement
  • Quelques semaines avant le jour J, je contacte vos prestataires de mariage afin de me présenter
  • Récupération de l’ensemble des contrats, vérifications des besoins de vos prestataires, je m’assure qu’il ne me manque rien…
  • Visite technique de votre lieu de réception
  • Élaboration des plannings & création de la feuille de route et du planning reprenant le déroulé de la journée et toutes les informations importantes
  • Prise de contact avec vos proches impliqués dans l’organisation de votre mariage, témoins, amis, parents, afin de prendre connaissance de vos surprises pour les intégrer au planning. 
  • Le jour J, état des lieux d’entrée, accueil des prestataires et placement des équipes
  • Accueil et accompagnements des invités avec la disposition d’un plan de salle avec répartition des noms de table pour guider les invités
  • Coordination du bon déroulé de la cérémonie
  • Soutiens et assistance des mariés 
  • Gestion des imprévus
